Terms and Conditions
1) This promotion is for existing TeleForm customers on versions 8.x and prior.
2) Upgrade promotion is only available for a short time.
3) Upgrade discount is a 25% discount to list price. Additional functionality or modules should be sold at standard list price.
4) First year maintenance fees will be 20% of the total license value of the sale (upgrade plus any add-ons). Fees for back maintenance are not required.
5) Renewal maintenance costs for the promotional upgrade will be 20% of today’s current list price of the upgraded configuration, not the discounted upgrade price paid at the time of the sale. The cost basis for renewal maintenance on any additional modules sold with the upgrade will be the same as the selling price.
6) Customers will be responsible for future maintenance costs as detailed at the time of sale.
7) End users will need to be aware of the potential technical issues they will have if they install TF v10.x over the top of legacy systems (version 7.x and prior). A technical notice is available about these potential issues. Please see your Sales Rep for additional information.
8) In order to prevent the distribution of additional systems, all orders place under this program will be shipped with the same serial number as the systems identified for the upgrade. We are essentially shipping a new copy of TF v10.2 with the same serial number as the legacy product.
