For a limited time, Dialogic Corporation (“Dialogic”) is offering you the opportunity to purchase the latest Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Products – and receive a rebate of $100 (US) per port on the products you are replacing by trading them in to Dialogic.
Make your fax purchase with Syscom Services between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 and visit the registration page at https://www.dialogic.com/landing/fax-upgrade.htm between October 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 to input information about the products you purchased and the ones you’re trading in. Your rebate is equal to $100 (US) per port on the traded-in products.

Eligible Products
Products that can be purchased to qualify for a rebate are:
Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 Fax Boards — A high-performance intelligent fax board that offers both TDM- and IP-based fax capabilities
Dialogic® Technology Expansion Capability (TEC) — A software license that increases the feature set on the Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 fax boards.
Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software — Software that provides Fax over IP (FoIP) capabilities for integrating fax servers and fax management solutions with VoIP networks
(Please Note: Dialogic® Brooktrout® TruFax® Fax Boards are not eligible products for this program)

Purchase a Dialogic® Media Gateway (DMG) in the same order, and receive an additional rebate*. Dialogic® Media Gateways are easy-to-deploy for IP to TDM connectivity and are fully interoperable with Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software in a FoIP environment.

How Your Rebate Is Calculated
Calculating your rebate is simple. The products that you are purchasing are considered “Eligible Products”, and the products that you are replacing and sending to Dialogic are called “Trade-In Products”. A detailed list of Eligible Products and Trade-In Products is available
If the number of ports on the Eligible Product(s) in your order is equal to or greater than the number of ports on the Trade-In Product(s) that you are replacing and trading in to Dialogic, your rebate is US$100 multiplied by the number of ports on the Trade-In Product(s). You may receive rebates on multiple orders of Eligible Products that are accompanied by Trade-In Products, provided the port requirement is met each time.
You can also include one (1) or two (2) Dialogic® Media Gateway units (or bundles) with your Eligible Product purchase, in which case you will receive an additional rebate that is determined according to the rebate schedule*.

The Fax Upgrade Program begins on October 1, 2009 and ends on December 31, 2009, and the Program is available worldwide. Again, please be sure to read the applicable Terms and Conditions for the program before applying for a rebate. Nothing in this text in any way varies, modifies, adds to, or supersedes any portion of applicable Terms and Conditions.
When you are ready, fill in the form on this page. You will need the model number and serial number for your Eligible Product(s) and your Trade-In Product(s).
If you wish to submit a Trade-In Product that is not among those listed, then before submitting your rebate request, contact us and provide the brand name, model, and description, including number of ports in the text field on the last screen. We will review your request and let you know if your proposed Trade-In Product(s) is/are acceptable.
Important Information for Rebate Customers
1) Your rebate will not be processed without the correct serial numbers. Please double check that you have provided the correct serial numbers below.
2) Please do NOT submit multiple online forms. Use the below form to submit multiple board returns from the same company by adding additional entry lines.
3) The number of ports traded in does NOT dictate your rebate. For example, If you buy 24 ports and return 12 ports, your rebate is $1200. If you buy 12 ports and return 24 ports your rebate is $1200. Please review the Terms and Conditions for detailed information as to how your rebate is calculated.
4) Returned boards must be in working condition.
5) The Fax Upgrade Program is available worldwide.
